Consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby fill out the feedback form on the website https://kondrashov.online/  and by checking the appropriate field of the form, I freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, give my consent To individual entrepreneur Vladimir Gennadievich Kondrashov, address: Russia, 620100, Ekaterinburg, st. Tkachey, 23, further - Operator, to process my personal data under the terms of this Consent.

1. Personal data for the processing of which consent is given

I consent to the processing of the following personal data, which I independently indicate when filling out the form on the site:

  • email address - if it is provided for in the appropriate form and specified by me; 
  • the content of the message, comment or request - if the corresponding field is provided in the form and filled out by me. 

The Operator also has the right to process technical data automatically transmitted when using the site and necessary to record the fact of receipt of this Consent, ensure the operation of the form and protect the site from abuse: date and time of submission of the form, IP address, information about the browser and device, address of the page from which the form was sent.

2. Purposes of processing personal data

Personal data is processed by the Operator for the following purposes:

  1. acceptance and processing of my application sent through the site; 
  2. contacting me by the specified telephone number, email or via instant messengers associated with the specified telephone number; 
  3. providing information on my request, including about the annual business development plan, consultation, and Operator services; 
  4. preparing a response, proposal, calculation, consultation or other information requested by me; 
  5. confirmation of receipt of this Consent and the fact of submitting the form; 
  6. protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator in the event of disputes, claims or appeals from regulatory authorities. 

This Consent does not include consent to receive advertising mailings. Consent to receive advertising, promotional SMS, instant messenger messages, e-mail newsletters and other promotional materials is provided separately.

3. Actions with personal data

Within the framework of this Consent, the Operator has the right to perform the following actions with personal data:

collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, extraction, use, transfer to persons to whom the Operator entrusts the processing of personal data, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

Processing of personal data can be carried out both using automation tools and without the use of such tools.

4. Transfer of personal data to third parties

The operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to third parties involved in ensuring the operation of the site, receiving and processing applications, storing data, maintaining a client base, communicating with users and ensuring information security.

Such persons may include:

  1. hosting and site administration service providers; 
  2. website creation and support services; 
  3. CRM systems;

5. Duration of consent and storage period of personal data

This Consent is valid from the moment it is provided until the purposes of processing personal data are achieved or until the Consent is withdrawn, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Personal data received through a form on the site is stored no longer than is necessary to process the application, contact the user, prepare a response or proposal, as well as to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator.

Recommended storage period for application data: no more than 3 years from the date of last interaction with the user, unless a longer storage period is required by law, contract or to protect the rights of the Operator.

After achieving the purposes of processing or after withdrawing Consent, personal data is subject to destruction or depersonalization, unless there are other legal grounds for their further processing.

6. Procedure for withdrawing consent

I have the right to revoke this Consent at any time by sending a statement to the Operator:
